📌 Reblozyl (Luspatercept) Dosing Guidelines:
• Beta-Thalassemia: Starting dose 1.0 mg/kg q3w; may increase to 1.25 mg/kg → 1.5 mg/kg
• MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndromes): Starting dose 1.0 mg/kg q3w; may increase to 1.33 mg/kg → 1.75 mg/kg
• Dose Titration: Based on hemoglobin response after at least 2 cycles (6 weeks)
• Maximum Dose: Beta-thalassemia 1.5 mg/kg; MDS 1.75 mg/kg
• Dose Interruption: Hold if hemoglobin >11 g/dL or excessive increase
• Administration: Subcutaneous injection every 3 weeks
• Vial Sizes: 25 mg lyophilized powder or 50 mg lyophilized powder
